Kaizen Methodology

Kaizen means "change for the better" in Japanese. It’s our system of continuous improvement in quality, technology, processes, company culture, productivity, safety and leadership.
It involves every employee - from upper management to the cleaning crew. Everyone is encouraged to come up with improvement suggestions on a continuous basis.
